  • Page Layout: Margins, orientation, columns, and page breaks.
  • Tables: Creating tables, merging cells, and basic table styles.
  • Insertions: Adding images, shapes, SmartArt, and WordArt.
  • Advanced Tools: Mail Merge (bulk letters), Table of Contents, and Review tools (Spell Check, Track Changes).

Goal: Manage data, perform calculations, and create reports.

  • Essentials: Rows, columns, cells, and worksheet navigation.
  • Data Entry: AutoFill, formatting cells (Currency, Date, Percentage).
  • Formulas & Functions: * Basic: SUM, AVERAGE, MIN, MAX, COUNT.

  • Slide Basics: Layouts, themes, and adding new slides.
  • Content: Text boxes, high-quality images, and video embedding.
  • Design: Slide Master (consistent branding) and background styles.
  • Motion: Slide transitions and object animations.
  • Presenting: Presenter View, rehearsing timings, and exporting to PDF/Video.

Goal: Professional email etiquette and online research.

  • Email: Composing, CC/BCC, attaching files, and setting signatures.
  • Calendar: Scheduling meetings and setting reminders.
  • Internet Basics: Search engine techniques, browser security, and cloud storage (OneDrive/Google Drive).

Goal: Organizing large-scale information.

  • Tables & Fields: Defining data types (Text, Number, Date).
  • Queries: Searching and filtering data using specific criteria.
  • Forms & Reports: Creating user-friendly entry screens and printable summaries.
